What Was The Challenge?
Prior to implementing OneTouch, McLean were using four disparate systems to manage their service. These systems did not speak to one another, which meant that there was a lot of double entry required.
Rostering was a tedious process, as was reporting and performing payroll, as many manual corrections had to be applied to the timesheets pulled from their previous system.
Carers also struggled to see a holistic view of their clients, as they were unable to access all of the clients information from their care app. Notes were also paper based and only scanned in at the end of each month, meaning information was not always up to date.
